By submitting this request, I acknowledge that I am cancelling my warranty and/or GAP coverage. I understand that once cancelled, I will no longer be covered under the cancelled product(s). I understand that if any refund is due and the product was financed, the refund will be sent directly to the finance company and applied toward the balance of my loan. I also understand that I must provide a notarized lien release and a notarized odometer statement showing current mileage by uploading those documents with this request. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
